About Me

Some background.....

Since I started my career my ambition has been to empower people to achieve their possible; whether this is in response to the challenges life presents them with, the ones others set for them, or the ones they set for themselves.

Over a working life of over 30 years, I have sought to achieve this in my various roles in the Public Sector and more recently through my own Company which I set up in 2011.

This has enabled me to work with individuals who want to develop both professionally and personally and with organisations and services that want to become effective.

My experience has included working as an independent consultant for Local Government, small businesses, voluntary and community organisations and charities and work with individuals as a hypnotherapist and psychotherapeutic counsellor.

In 2021, I decided to train as a Life Coach and am now seeking to use the totality of my training and experience to help clients achieve what they want from both their personal and professional lives.

In practice this means clients can elect to engage in therapy, counselling or Life Coaching with me. Then, depending on their starting point, they can continue to work with me if they choose to e.g. by engaging in therapy if they have challenges or unresolved issues that are preventing them from achieving what they want from life, or following therapy, by engaging in Life Coaching to proactively focus on identifying and realising their life goals.
